About Us:
Accountable Recruitment Solutions, acting as a recruitment partner for our client, a well-established Professional Services Business, is assisting in their expansion to include Legal Services within their medium-sized practice. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced legal professional to become the Director of the new Legal Firm within our client’s organisation.

The new Legal firm will form part of the overall Professional Services Business.

Roles and Responsibilities:
As the Director of the Legal Firm, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading the Legal Services division within our client’s practice.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Providing expert legal advice and services across a range of matters.
• Building and leading a dedicated legal team.
• Collaborating closely with our client’s team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans for the Legal Services division.
• Managing client relationships and overseeing the growth and development of the firm.
• Staying abreast of relevant legal developments and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of post-admission experience in legal practice.
• Qualifications as a solicitor.
• Must hold a Practice Certificate.
• Expertise in areas relevant to Professional Services, such as Estate & Wills, Commercial & Property Law, or related fields.
• Strong legal research, communication, and leadership skills.
• A client-focused approach with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.

Compensation:

• Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 per annum.
• Profit Share: An additional profit-sharing component.
• Shareholding: Shareholding opportunities will be provided to the Solicitor.

Practice Legal Certificate Requirement:
Applicants must hold a valid Practice Legal Certificate.
