Role Overview

Join our dynamic team in Newcastle as a Senior Recruiter, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of professionals and the success of businesses. You will leverage our industry-specific knowledge to meet and exceed our client and candidate expectations, contributing significantly to our growth and success in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business across both new and existing networks, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top candidates, including headhunting, advertising, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough telephone screenings and interviews, catering to both immediate and future role requirements.
  • Adhere to stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring the high quality of candidates, prompt sourcing, and successful placement rates.
  • Build and nurture ongoing relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and maintaining a talent pool for future opportunities.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential leads to securing new business.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in sectors such as Accounting, Finance, Legal, Mortgage Broking, NDIS or related fields.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships, grow existing accounts, and meet set targets.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
  • Motivated and driven to achieve success for both clients and the team.
